POWERADE - TRI THE ROCK 2008 WOW!!! Three's a charm! What a great event it was this year! May 17, 2008 There are 7 Sprint Triathlons this year in the Upstate YMCA Sprint Triathlon Series... In addition to Rock Hill, Greenwood, Anderson and Middle Tyger, this year Laurens, Pickens and Union YMCA locations have joined the series.

COURSE OVERVIEW The Swim The swim is in a 10-lane competitive pool, with individual self-seeded starts. For more information about the acquatics center. The Bike The 17 mile bike is a 2 lap course.
