TRI THE ROCK 2009 The schedules are coming together and we are ready to get ready for the 2009 Triathlon Season! There are 7 Sprint Triathlons this year in the TRYSPORTS Upstate YMCA Sprint Triathlon Series... and we are hoping to add on an 8th with an open water swim! Details are forthcoming. April 19 | Greenwood YMCA | May 9 | TRI THE ROCK - ROCK HILL SC | May 30 | Middle Tyger YMCA, Spartanburg | June 21 | Anderson YMCA | July 18 | Union YMCA | August 29 | Laurens YMCA | September 12 or 19 | Tri the Ridge - Pickens YMCA |

COURSE OVERVIEW The Swim The swim is in a 10-lane competitive pool, with individual self-seeded starts. For more information about the acquatics center. The Bike The 17 mile bike is a 2 lap course with a few hills... The Run The 5k run will be closed to traffic. This is a spectator friendly 2-lap run, with a small portion on the grass.
