Transition Tips
Transition from swim to cycle and cycle to bike can be very stressful to your body. Be sure to attend any brick workouts... gets your body used to the change and there will be helpful tips provided to show the best way to ease your body from one event to the next...
The club offers several classes/clinics to the members to assist with what to bring, how to set it up, and group practices to get you more efficient for the event date (where everything just may get forgotten anyway). We are always on hand at the Upstate Y Sprint Triathlons to help out - even if we are participating, ask away! That is what we are here for!
