Weekly Group Workout Schedule.
Run, bike, swim, or strength, indoor and out, you've got options. 2 swims, 2-3 bikes, 2 runs, and a core/strength training class make up the weekly calendar of events from which you can choose. Each event is coordinated by a coach, selected for their strength in that event. In addition, other training events, like open water swims, track workouts, and training clinics will be scheduled.
Event Specific Coaching
Whether it is a scheduled technique workshop, or just on the spot advice, you have access to event specific coaches. Our coordinators can tailor a workout, or development plan, to suit your training needs.
TRI-101 Training Program
TRI-101, our beginners training program, is free for club members. This program is designed for beginner, novice, and intermediate level triathletes. TRI-101 brings triathletes together to help them move up the learning curve in a fun environment. The culmination of TRI-101 is our annual sprint distance race in Rock Hill plus we now have Fort Mill's triathlon one month later!
