Welcome to The Rock Tri Club

Based in Rock Hill, SC, we are primarily a club of recreational triathletes.  Our YMCA sponsored, USAT registered, tri club offers an environment for triathletes to train and grow through Membership Services, TRI-101 (our beginners training program), and Tri The Rock (our annual sprint distance race).

Our affiliation with the Upper Palmetto YMCA allows us to offer a wide range of services that can help your triathlon experience.  Feel free to check out the site and see what we are all about.  If you have any questions, be sure to ask!

WOW - the POWERADE Tri the Rock will be here in less than a week and after 15 weeks, we have an awesome group of folks ready from the Club to do this year's event!!! The weather report looks absolutely gorgeous for Saturday morning too!!! Not too cool, not too hot, and thus far, storm free!!!

I hope that if you have not signed up yet and are still interested, that you will do so ASAP and come out and participate in this year's event, now in its 3rd year. The Rock Hill Y's Aquatic Center is a fabulous facility, the bike is a perfect challenge and the 5K run is just the right finish! Lots of hard work and planning are all coming together again!

Thank you to all our other volunteers and to our sponsors!!! We cannot do it without you!

3. If you forget your photo ID to packet pickup, you have two options:
         Go home to get it

Have someone fax a copy of your photo ID

4. If you forget your USAT membership card to packet pickup, you have three options:
        Go home to get it
Find internet access where a temporary card can be

             printed.
Purchase a one-day membership for $10 which can
later be applied to your membership renewal by
              submitting a receipt of purchase

5.  If you need to purchase a one-day license, you must sign the USAT waiver if it is not included on the event registration form or process. Annual members do not have to sign a waiver at packet pickup because they already signed it when they applied to become an annual member.
